Create a new rule called “Pranking”, with the following text: Defuser have a Status, which is publicly tracked. Defusers can be Designing, Ready or Sneaking. Defusers who have not yet submitted a Design since the Round Number last changed are always Designing, and only they can be Designing. All other Defusers are Ready or Sneaking, defaulting to being Ready. When a Defuser submits a Design, they become Ready. Ready Defusers can set their Status to Sneaking. Sneaking Defusers can set their Status to Ready. A Defuser that has been Sneaking for at least 48 hours (the Prankster) can Prank another Defuser that is Designing (the Victim), setting the Victim’s Equipment to a single Ash. Doing so sets the Prankster’s Status to Ready and has a 25% chance of causing the Prankster to Score -1 (this can set their Expertise to a negative value).
