Conditions are right for bomb design

In the rule “Designs” replace the text “unless the Conditions of the Test Chamber the Design is located in includes Dark” with “unless the Conditions of that Design includes Dark”.

In the rule “Tools” replace the text “a Design is located in a Test Chamber whose Conditions” with “a Design whose Conditions”.

In the rule “Environmental Hazards”, add the following text:

There is a publicly tracked list of Available Conditions, which is a list in which all entries are unique and where the list contains at least 2 Conditions, defaulting to 2 publicly randomly selected unique Conditions.

As a Daily Action, a Defuser may Alter Conditions, which is an action performed by doing one of the following:

• Add 1 unique Condition to the Available Conditions.
• Remove 1 Condition from the Available Conditions. If this would result in less than 2 Conditions in the Available Conditions, that Defuser must add a publicly randomly selected unique Condition to the Available Conditions as part of this action.
• Change 1 Condition in the Available Conditions to another unique Condition.

In the rule “Designs”, after the text “Select up to two Conditions for the Design” add the text “from the list of Available Conditions”.

In the rule “Rounds and Scoring”, just before the text “that Defuser may create a Design” insert the text “and that Defuser has not performed Alter Conditions in the past 24 hours,”.
