Durham City Council’s Monday meeting opens with ceremonial recognitions, moves through a hefty consent agenda, and then takes up two rezoning public hearings that look like the night’s main event: Preserve at Infinity and Topgolf Durham Mixed-Use Phase 2.

The council meets in first-floor chambers at 100 City Hall Plaza at 7 p.m.
