Use Linux Abstract Sockets

Since c6f2663 we've used Linux sockets to communicate with Envoy. This has expanded to other local communication. Pros They are simple. They seem to be fast (but I have not quantified this). Cons Non-portable. Named sockets would work on Mac OS and (maybe) Windows. Local-only. Numbered ports are necessary for non-local communication.
