A book to help death and/or health anxiety?

Hello! I'm dealing with a lot of anxiety around death, my own and that of my loved ones. Health anxiety goes along with that. I'm in therapy but would love any books that you found helped shift your perspective/provided some peace. Thanks so much! by beckybrown510
