Fantasy bookie that is trying to reach more genres

I'm looking for some more books that dont need to be fantasy related but I dont want a big deep dive to the history of the world. I've also been trying to expand my books. I have read all the typical fantasy and sci-fi, almost off of Brandon's books, Robin Hobbs books, Hyperion, dune, hail [...]
