Need a book to get over layoff

Got laid off recently and need a page-turner to escape into. Open to any genre. Loved: Project Hail Mary, Name of the Wind, A Man Called Ove, Flowers for Algernon. Just want something I can’t put down and helps take my mind off of the sadness and anger I have. Any recs? by stuuu111
