I’m looking for really good romance book recommendations, but I feel like I’m super picky and keep ending up with ones that don’t hit the way I want 😭 so I figured I’d ask people who actually read a lot of romance.

I want something that has strong emotional tension and chemistry like the kind where you can feel the connection building, not just insta-love with no depth. I definitely prefer something where the build-up and tension are a big part of the story. Bonus points if there’s a little jealousy! by Soulshine101
