Interesting books with no heavy themes (but not romance)

I'm looking for suggestions for a small book club I have with my friends. We're currently looking for a read that is: Interesting, well-written and unique Doesn't have heavy themes or triggering topics Isn't pure romance (though some romance is fine by No_Release2180
