I just finished “Remarkably Bright Creatures” and now I want more books told from an unusual point of view

Didn't expect to get emotional about a grumpy octopus narrating parts of a story. Now I'm wondering what else I've been missing where the perspective is unexpected but somehow works perfectly. Does anyone have a recommendation for another book with a narrator you wouldn't normally think to listen to? by Leading_Month_5575
