Any psychological thriller book recommendations?

I’m looking for a good psychological thriller with a good plot twist. I’ve read some books that have pissed me off with their predictability (*cough the silent patient). I would like a book that i’m completely blindsided by the ending. Any recs help! Also no Freida Mcfadden if possible by No-Kaleidoscope-7962
