A book that made you feel like you learned something

I’ve discovered that I really like books that are educational but not overly academic. I’m big on environmental activism, lgbtq history, social sciences, education, and mental health topics. Extra points if it’s an autobiography, I love those!! Any reccs? by LilBug_Just_Dancer
