Books with a deeply depressed female character at rock bottom

Can be any genre but I’m looking for something that feels relatable in an authentic way please (not a romanticised depiction of depression). Ideally there would be some sort of redemption arc or sense that there might be some light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you. by Dizzy_Owl_
