mental health memoir where the person gets no support

So I’ve read a few mh memoirs now and in all of them the mentally ill person always has super supportive and helpful parents (unlike me 😭). I’m looking for one where there is little to no parental support or acceptance. If you have any non memoir suggestions leave those too! by gh-ul
