neo-noir or post-noir

Hey guys, could you please recommend a book in the neo-noir or post-noir genre, but without a mix of sci-fi, fantasy, etc? It would be nice if the book took place no earlier than 1990s, but that's not essential. I recently read Manhattan Nocturne and really enjoyed it 🙂 thnx by sotet13
