  "textContent": "Police were called to Grampian Tower in Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex, at 6am on Friday morning (Picture: Google Maps)\n\n**A man has died after he fell from a 15-storey tower block after residents heard ‘a big scream’.**\n\nPolice were called to Grampian Tower in Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex, at 6am on Friday morning.\n\nThey received a call which ‘reported significant concern for a man outside the block’.\n\nOfficers found the man just outside the building where he was pronounced dead at the scene.\n\nDaryl Hall, 36, told the BBC: ‘What I heard was a big bang followed by loads of screaming and shouting.
