Sign up.\n\nThe report claims that Newcastle have responded by asking for £85m, while there is a feeling that an £80m agreement can be reached between the two clubs within the next few days.\n\nNewcastle United are demanding £85m for Sandro Tonali (Getty)\n\nDe Zerbi has been a huge admirer of Tonali since the start of the midfielder’s career at Brescia and has identified the midfielder as a player who can be a key part of his side at Spurs.\n\n‘I wanted to bring Tonali to Sassuolo, if I’d stayed, after his first year at AC Milan,’ De Zerbi said during his time at Brighton.\n\n‘I said, ‘maybe they’ll fall for it and I’ll bring him here’.
