Sign up now.\n\nSpeaking at a press conference with the Ivory Coast national team, Diomande made it clear that he would welcome a move to PSG.\n\nYan Diomande was one of the standout players in the Bundesliga last season (NurPhoto/Shutterstock)\n\n‘Paris Saint-Germain is a team I’ve loved since I was little,’ Diomande said.\n\n‘My father is a Paris Saint-Germain supporter, it’s a team I admire as a football fan.’\n\nIn a separate interview with Telefoot, Diomande added: ‘It would be a pleasure for me to come and play here with one of the biggest clubs.\n\n‘It’s always a pleasure to come here because, already, with French, I think the adaptation won’t be difficult. But why not.’\n\nWhen asked about his future, Diomande insisted his full focus is on Ivory Coast’s World Cup campaign where they face Germany, Curacao and Ecuador in Group E.\n\n‘I don’t think I’m thinking about the future or anything else,’ Diomande said.\n\n‘As I said, I’m focused on the World Cup.
