"textContent": "Matheus Cunha missed Manchester United’s 2-1 win over Brentford on Monday (Getty)\n\nMatheus Cunha is set to return from injury for Manchester United’s Premier League match against Liverpool on Sunday.\n\nThe Brazil international missed United’s 2-1 win at home to Brentford on Monday evening due to a hip injury.\n\nHowever, United have confirmed that Cunha took part in full training with his teammates ahead of Liverpool’s visit to Old Trafford this weekend.\n\nCunha has been one of United’s standout performers this season with eight goals and two assists in the Premier League.\n\nSpeaking about Cunha’s injury on Monday, Michael Carrick said: ‘He had a bit of a sore hip flexor after the game against Chelsea.\n\n‘He was looking quite promising during the week. We thought he’d be okay but he didn’t quite progress quick enough.
