"textContent": "Jorgensen and Sanchez vying for the no1 sport (Picture: Getty)\n\nLiam Rosenior believes Robert Sanchez is ‘one of the best goalkeepers in the Premier League’ but hinted Filip Jorgensen could keep his place in goal for Chelsea against Newcastle United.\n\nSanchez was at fault in Chelsea’s 2-1 defeat to Arsenal at the beginning of March with Rosenior dropping him for the following game against Aston Villa.\n\nJorgensen, who has served as the former Brighton goalkeeper’s understudy the last two seasons, was brought in for the 4-1 victory at Villa Park.\n\nSanchez was back in goal for the FA Cup victory over Wrexham but in another indication the Denmark international has shifted ahead in the pecking order, Jorgensen was selected in goal for the Champions League showdown against Paris Saint-Germain midweek.\n\nIn a thrilling match in the French capital, Jorgensen’s loose pass inside his own area sparked chaos with Vitinha capitalising with a delightful lob.\n\nThat error sparked a late meltdown for the visitors with the goalkeeper again at fault for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia’s second goal that sealed a 5-2 victory for the French champions.\n\nChelsea are in a four-way battle for Champions League qualification against Manchester United, Aston Villa and Liverpool, welcoming Newcastle to Stamford Bridge on Saturday.\n\n## Your football fix\n\n**Metro** 's Head of Sport James Goldman delivers punchy analysis, transfer talk and his take on the week's biggest stories direct to your inbox every week.\n\nSign up here, it's an open goal.\n\nJorgensen was at fault for two goals in Paris (Picture: Getty Images)\n\nSpeaking ahead of the game, Rosenior was giving little away over who will start in goal against the Magpies. While he holds Sanchez in a very high regard, he is also confident Jorgensen is ‘ready’ to keep his place.\n\n‘Obviously I made a decision to play Filip against Villa and his performance was outstanding’ Rosenior told a press conference on Friday.\n\n‘His performance against PSG for 75 minutes was outstanding but then he made a mistake. Rob Sanchez is one of the best goalkeepers in the league but I have to make a decision for every game.’\n\nSanchez was dropped after the Arsenal game (Picture: Getty)\n\nRosenior added Jorgensen is ‘for sure’ ready if called upon again against Newcastle United.\n\nThe Chelsea boss was also quizzed on an incident during the PSG game where frustrations boiled over with Enzo Fernandez reacting furiously to Jorgensen’s error in Paris.\n\n‘I watched it back. That’s a player with passion who wants to win,’ Rosenior said.\n\n‘Roy Keane as a player probably did that 20 times a game. I want a team with culture and accountability. Enzo loves Filip, but in that moment he was frustrated. It’s no more than that.’\n\nComment now Comments Add Metro as a Preferred Source on Google Add as preferred source ",
