Erling Haaland has been ruled out of Manchester City’s Premier League match against Leeds United due to injury.
Pep Guardiola’s side are looking to close the five-point gap behind Arsenal at the top of the Premier League with a positive result at Elland Road on Saturday night.
But City will be without Haaland, who has scored 22 goals in the Premier League this season.
According to Norwegian broadcaster Viaplay, Haaland has suffered a ‘minor injury’ in training this week and has been unable to recover in time for City’s trip to Leeds.
Viaplay host Jan Aage Fjortoft added that Haaland is set to return for City’s next Premier League game at home to Nottingham Forest on Wednesday.
