The 10 hottest shows on Netflix this week as spy thriller tops the chart with 10,400,000 views
It’s been one of those weeks where the Netflix top ten TV chart feels properly mixed. With classy international dramas rubbing shoulders with polished returning efforts such as the romantic reality staple you’ll see here. There’s also a comedy special from a well-loved funnyman making a fair bit of noise too. Of course, being Netflix, there’s some crime thrillers and true crime documentaries in there as well. Here’s how this past week’s most watched TV shows stack up, from ten up to the top… (Picture: Netflix)
10. Salvador – 3,600,000 views this week
From Spain and performed in the country’s native tongue, Salvador centres on the gruff but enjoyable Luis Tosar as ambulance driver Salvador Aguirre, whose world is upended when he discovers his daughter’s caught up with a cabal of violent extremists. Claudia Salas plays Julia, with Leonor Watling featuring as Carla, giving the gritty action drama a fairly strong ensemble around its lead. It’s a little moodier and more intense than most chart entries, but clearly finding its audience around the globe. (Picture: Netflix)
9. The Art of Sarah – 3,800,00 views
This South Korean thriller stars Shin Hye-sun as Sarah Kim, a woman living a rather fake and constructed life of wealth and lies. Lee Joon-hyuk plays the detective determined to expose her many identities. It’s their chemistry and back-and-forths that fuel the show’s sharp script and propel the action. With a focus on deception and character psychology, this is the sort of international show that hooks viewers regardless of the language barrier. (Picture: Netflix)
8. His & Hers – 3,900,000 views

Set in a small Georgia town, His & Hers – based on the novel by British author Alice Feeney – leans into tension and its two very strong leads with Tessa Thompson as journalist Anna Andrews and Jon Bernthal as her estranged husband, Detective Jack Harper. Jamie Tisdale, Marin Ireland and Poppy Liu round out a strong cast as old pals whose shared history complicates the investigation into a suspicious death. It’s been around the charts a while now, but His & Hers is still proving a unisex hit. (Picture: Netflix)
7. Lead Children – 4,200,000 views
Polish drama Lead Children has found a somewhat unlikely global audience with its socially charged drama about a doctor uncovering a lead poisoning crisis affecting local kids. The ensemble cast works well together to navigate heavy themes of accountability and community, giving it both heart and no small amount of tension. With not much marketing, it must be strong word-of-mouth pushing this serious piece into the world’s living rooms and bedrooms at the moment. (Picture: Netflix)
6. Love Is Blind: Ohio – 4,600,000 views
This Ohio-set version of the wildly popular show continues its reality reign with another batch of hopeful singles entering the pods to taste test emotional connection before seeing each other face-to-face. Hosts Nick and Vanessa Lachey keep the experiment on track as romances blossom, stall and occasionally crumble into nothing. Sure, it won’t win many Emmys, but it’s easy watching. (Picture: Netflix)
5. Katt Williams: The Last Report – 7,100,000 views
Outrageous US comic Katt Williams proves his stand-up still draws attention, with his latest special pushing into the upper half of the chart here. His signature rapid delivery and unapologetic takes on modern life are on full and unashamed display. Katt’s not for everyone, but fans are enjoying his latest special and who’d argue that the world could use a few extra laughs at the moment, eh…? (Picture: Netflix)
4. Jeffrey Epstein: Filthy Rich – 8,400,000 views
This true-crime documentary series remains a fixture in the top five thanks to its methodical unpacking of Jeffrey Epstein’s horrific crimes and the system around him. The survivors’ testimonies and deep dive into institutional failures continue to hold attention. It’s obviously the biggest story in the western world at the moment. Yet even if the news around the scandal is starting to wear you out, this headtorch-sporting deep dive illuminates the whole murky and contemptible affair. (Picture: Netflix)
3. Bridgerton: Season 4 – 9,400,000 views
Season four of the smash hit bodice-heaver stays near the quality summit with its glamorous mix of Regency romance and high-society scandals. Familiar cast members return alongside new love interests and tangled relationships, with the show’s lush visuals and period flourishes keeping hearts a-fluttering and keyboards a-clicking. It remains Netflix’s go-to for escapist romance with a modern sensibility. And it shows no signs of slowing down as yet. (Picture: Netflix)
2. The Lincoln Lawyer: Season 4 – 9,600,000 views
Manuel Garcia-Rulfo returns as Mickey Haller in the latest series of The Lincoln Lawyer, balancing courtroom procedural twists with personal stakes. A solid ensemble support him through legal manoeuvres and moral grey areas gives this series plenty of momentum. Its pleasing blend of slick pacing and character depth makes it especially bingeable. So Garcia-Rulfo isn’t quite Matthew McConaughey. He’s still a charismatic lead. (Picture: Netflix)
1. Unfamiliar – 10,400,000 views
Topping this week’s Netty telly chart is a German production that’s centred around former intelligence agents who are now living quietly in Berlin. Or at least trying to, anyway. Susanne Wolff leads as Meret Schäfer, opposite Felix Kramer’s Simon, with Samuel Finzi and Andreas Pietschmann adding Bavarian thesp heft in key supporting roles. As their past catches up with them in all sorts of unexpected ways, the show’s mix of espionage and family drama is proving a big hit. And not just in its native country, either.
