The FA Cup returns this weekend as the remaining 32 teams look to take another step towards the final at Wembley later this year.

The third round of the competition was not short of drama, with holders Crystal Palace knocked out by non-league side Macclesfield in one of the biggest FA Cup upsets of all time.

The visit of Brentford awaits Macclesfield in the fourth round on Monday, but before that, there are 15 other ties, with only two all-Premier League ties in the form of Brighton versus Liverpool and Aston Villa versus Newcastle.

Elsewhere, Arsenal face a visit from League One Wigan Athletic, while Salford City make the short trip to take on Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City

And kicking off the action on Friday will be Chelsea’s clash with Hull City, as well as an all-Championship tie between Wrexham and Ipswich Town.

The FA Cup fifth-round draw will be conductedon Monday, February** 16, 2026.**

The draw will take place ahead of the final fourth-round tie between Macclesfield and Brentford, with a start time of approximately 6.35pm GMT.

Darren Fletcher and Ally McCoist will present the coverage, with the balls set to be drawn by former England internationals Joe Cole and and Karen Carney.

When will the fifth-round games be played?

FA Cup fifth-round matches are scheduled to take place next month around the weekend of March 7-8, 2026.

Are there replays in the FA Cup this year?

Replays were scrapped from the full rounds of the competition last year, and the FA have opted to keep that in place for this season.

Replays were used during the qualifying rounds for this season, but they have not been in use since the first round proper.

Should any match end in a draw, it will go to extra-time and if needed, a penalty shootout.
