Lisburn councillor calls for BBC licence review over claims of his own risk of a 'criminal record'

"I was actually reported to and investigated by the Standards Commissioner simply for highlighting our residents' legal rights, the right not to pay if they don't watch or listen to the BBC and for supporting the 'Defund the BBC' campaign."
