Plans submitted for Belfast city centre 'landmark hospitality' space

The plans feature a lively ground-floor lobby bar, a 180-seat gastro pub, cocktail lounge as well as a new purpose-built live entertainment venue for up to 200 guests for live performances, celebrations and events.
