Every time I leave my house I feel a strong urge to go back and check that I didn't leave the stove on, even though I haven't touched the stove in some cases for several days.

If it were going to be an issue, if I had forgotten, it would have been a problem by now. And yet I get a mile from home and I'm like "shit I gotta go back and make sure it's off." It's always off. 😐
