Thoughts on The Long Way to a Small, Angry Planet

Really good book, strong recommend. It has the vibe of a star track. The whole book has a consistent goal they're working towards, but each chapter is a mostly self-contained vignette and it's more focused on the relationships between the characters than the whole mission the crew is on. The character journeys are the whole book, the mission itself is kind of just there in the background happening. The last hundred pages or so had me welling up, really powerful emotional writing. I really like this book. I am glad I read it.
