Banned? Sorry- ACTUALLY fixed a bug where we accidentally banned everyone not on the allowlist.

A year or so ago, I accidentally banned everyone who wasn't allowlisted on JstPst, effectively banning everyone who isn't allowlisted.

But our Anubis configuration had ::1 as the default IP for bans, and every now and then we'd ban someone, check "IP ban", and whoops: We get the same problem.

Now we've actually fixed it. ::1 is still listed as an IP, but now we also get the real IP ready for the IP ban. (Yeah, we went a year without being able to ban by IP... Good thing nobody took the opportunity to take advantage of that, whew.)
