Mar 20, 07:13 UTC Investigating - SailPoint is investigating an issue with Entitlement that is currently impacting some of our customers. We are working on addressing the service disruption and will provide an update upon resolution. When there are parent/child relation in entitlements, they are showing an error when being selected.
