  "textContent": "I reinstalled Win11 and was getting over 400 Mbps before (built in Gigabit ethernet built into Asrock Phantom Gaming B550 mobo), but now can't get over 100. I have gone through device mgr (auto negotiate & 1.0 Gbps). I have tried re-installing the drivers for the ethernet card from mobo website...have tried everything I can think of (disabled Power Mgt, looked at every line in Bios. I purchased a USB 3.0 ethernet adapter and a new Cat6 cable and have tried different ports on my router and nothing has changed. I don't think it is a \"Windows problem\" as I installed Linux Mint on a seperate harddrive and \"swap out the drives\" when I want to run either Linux or Windows instead of dual booting (since I've heard that Windows Update can mess up the boot mgr.) On Linux I'm also pegged out at 100 Mbps when I run a speed test. I don't think it is the router either (unless it is the other remaining ports failing; 1 port did fry in a bad thunderstorm but this was before I reinstalled OS...\n\nRead more",
