"textContent": "Got two of these drives from a private seller. They were sealed and never used. Didn't know that they had their own special micro SATA connector. It's hard finding the adapters for this connector now. I got two cheap $10 CY branded adapters. One end fits the SSD perfectly. The other end fits the USB 3.0 2.5 inch SATA adapter perfectly. When I plug it in, the CY connector gets hot. The drive gets hot. But no detection in Windows. It also seems to freeze because I cannot get it to be safely removed by clicking the system tray icon. So I tried with a desktop SATA cable and power connector in Linux. Same thing. CY adapter and drive get hot (above 40C) but GParted does not detect the drive. If I reboot the PC (B550 + 5900X), it seems to hang at the BIOS screen, as if confused and frozen due to the non-responsive SSD.\n\nWhat should I do next?\n\nTry this? https://duplim.com/microsata-to-sata-adaptor-450102/",
