"textContent": "I bought an AceMagic AM06 Pro from BestBuy in December 2025. I have found it to be a very satisfactory daily driver; especially with the added storage and 64 GB of RAM that I upgraded it with. BUT ...\n\nI recently noticed that MS is unhappy with my Windows 11 install. My miniPC came with windows 11 Enterprise installed. My install is not activated and cannot be activated. I don't think I wish to continue as I am.\n\nMS does not support Win 11 EE for end users. It should be installed on corporate network connected PCs with active administrators controlling most aspects of the PC experience.\n\nAnd, Win EE is the ULTIMATE windows. So, \"downgrading\" to Win 11 Pro is not allowed. The original installation must be formatted out of existence and a new installation must be installed.\n\nI'm annoyed that I must endure this inconvenience because my vendor wanted to reduce some of their costs. But, I am well beyond BestBuy's obligation to care about my complaint, or, am I?",
