What do you think is the most underrated console generation?

Over the years we’ve had some amazing console generations with huge improvements in graphics, performance, and gameplay design. But I feel like some generations don’t get enough appreciation compared to others. Which console generation do you think is the most underrated, and why? For me, the PS3 / Xbox 360 era had a perfect balance of gameplay innovation and performance improvements that still holds up today.
