Where can I buy standard incandescent light bulbs?

I’m starting to run out of my stock of regular bulbs, and in stores I can only find LED bulbs, and the worst kind—those that emit an unpleasant harsh white light. After about an hour under that kind of lighting, my eyes start to burn even when I’m just lying down and resting. With a standard incandescent bulb, my eyes would only start hurting after reading continuously for 3 to 5 hours, so the difference is huge. What’s the point of LED bulbs not wasting energy as heat if I can’t even comfortably sit under them? Why are standard light bulbs now only considered suitable for car repairs when they actually work fine for everything? I posted an ad on OLX saying I want to buy standard light bulbs, and it got removed/banned. I need all types of bulbs, from 15-watt to 100-watt, but I usually use 15-watt ones. I’ve run out of the 15-watt bulbs and only have 40-watt and higher left, so I painted them with paint to make them dimmer. Do they still consume the same amount of power as before...
