The first film is well worth watching if you haven't seen it (and like the idea of an iconic cops and robbers at the top of their respective games thriller). The first film wasn't exactly begging for a sequel though. What I would have given to have seen the first film the first time at the cinema! Hmm, will I decide to see it at the cinema based on the trailers that will come out, or wait for the first reviews to come in. . Sometimes reviews are crap though...
