  "textContent": "So I ran a few simple benchmarks just to see if my baseline results match up with everyone elses.\n\nI guess firstly I need to give some details on the PC I'm using.\n\nDebian testing with Gnome 50. I have to admit that I'm not sure if I'm running the standard kernel or if I've set it up to run the newest ones!\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHardware, as you can see, is and AMD 5800x3d, a 6950xt and 64gb of ram. The CPU is just fairly stock, just has PBO running with a -30 all core off set and the GPU has the power usage opened up to 340w with a -40 offset (normally I power limit it to about 270W and it doesnt make much difference in games).\n\nThe CPU is cooled by an arctic cooler 420 AIO and the GPU does its own thing (the case has fairly good cooling though, an ASUS ProArt PA602 Wood Edition)\n\nTheres nothing particularly clever going on with the OS.
