nVidia gets rid of control panel in latest driver release 610.47

Probably a "old man yells at cloud" moment, but I hate the nVidia app and probably always will. I like the streamlined control panel much, much better. https://www.techpowerup.com/349359/nvidia-geforce-graphics-drivers-610-47-whql-drops-control-panel-support I'll probably keep the previous driver installer to get the control panel installed, as the newest 600 series drivers don't include it, but they don't get rid of it unless you do a clean install option apparently.
