Poll: Are rights in America God given?

My question is Are rights God given. IMO - that isn't true our rights are really privileges granted by whom ever is in charge.

If rights are really God given then God for some reason determined black people didn't deserve those rights. If I am correct, then the former makes sense that man determines who gets rights not God.
