Looking for cheap power bank 330w minimum

The GPU on my laptop doesn't work when not plugged in, the charger says 330w. I think it'll be cool to game at the park or if I go camping. I also want to experiment with power banks and solar panels because I plan on putting a solar panel on a electric cargo van, I just want to learn more about electric batteries and solar panels.
