Cable ID please!

I included the DDR3-SODIMM for an impression of scale. I've confirmed with reasonable confidence that it's a 3.5" IDE cable, I think it's the UDMA66-100 type, but the length of it makes me worry that it might be something unusual. I'm having a clear-out and I've previously thrown out all my spare IDE cables, I just found this one in the back of a drawer.
