Annoying Ebay popup, anyone manage to figure out how to block this crap?

Every single page I click on I get this, it's super annoying. I've tried to "zap" it with ublock but it doesn't block the whole page overlay. There is not really a way to target the whole thing. Need a way to just stop that particular script from running at all. Don't want to use noscript as it's a pain in the ass trying to browse the internet with that, constantly trying to figure out what domain to allow so the page even loads and it tends to break lot of stuff like financial transactions. How would one write a ublock custom rule to block something like this?
