Can we get rid of the "alert" at the top of the forums already?

This thing: At this point we're all used to the new forum style, I think we all know it's not going back to the old style, and its really not a big deal. I strongly suspect no one is even looking into the change at this point. The alert is just ugly and takes up screen space. Unless we don't know how to get rid of the alert in which case 🫥
