John Spillman, 33, was arrested and charged with indecent exposure on Sunday, May 3, after security at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Miami Airport and Convention Center allegedly saw him with his pants down in the middle of a sex act.
A guest at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Miami Airport and Convention Center claimed to cops that Spillman followed her and others from the hotel lobby to the sixth floor, then began to masturbate in the hallway outside their hotel room, per WSVN.
