Need to upgrade old PC looking for advice

Hey I'm looking to upgrade my old PC, I still use it daily but I think its time has come, I can't update to windows 11 and she is just old and slower now. specs are I5-7600k, Nvidia GTX 760 , 24 Gb 2133 ram My plan is to reuse everything I can, I'm looking for a cheap upgrade, this pc is just used for surfing the net, no gaming or anything just internet. So the GPU, PSU, and ram if possible will be reused. Right now the cheapest upgrade for I can find is the amd 5500 for $125 Canadian, and a gigibyte eagle motherboard for $150. so $275 for the both. Plus an ssd or I could go to the am5 platform with a 8400F for $200 and probably another $200 for motherboard, but then I'll need ram and ssd for sure. Intel would be more money then 5500, but I'm not sure I want to go intel anyhow, because I don't no really anything about their stuff. what would all you're thoughts be on the 5500 and a eagle motherboard for the am4 platform, was gigabyte a sold motherboard on the AM4?
