And now my washing machine isn't working...

A day after I fix my dish washer, I did a load of laundry last night and it was fine, but I go to do another one now and I am getting an error. I have an LG WT7300CV top loading machine and it is throwing an LE error after this happens a few times. The video of the problem is below, and this happens immediately when it is sensing. I have checked to see if any coins or anything are stuck between the agitator and the drum and there is nothing in there. When I spin the drum manually, it sounds like it is rubbing against something. I don't remember exactly how it felt if I did it by hand before, but I believe I have done that before and it was smooth. Sometimes when it is sensing it'll spin one direction a little slow and I hear that same sound. Anyone know wtf is wrong with this appliance now?
