I Bought Some Mustard Powder

Last week I decided to buy some 100% Canadian mustard powder from Clubhouse Brand (owned by US McCormicks) which is also located where I live. I got a good deal on a 450 ml bottle of it. I have tried Coleman's and Keens but decided to try something more local. Well, I decided to make some mustard by using 2 table spoons of powder to 2 table spoons of water and mixed it up good. Holy moley!!!! That was way stronger than the others. Felt like fire and cleared out my sinuses. I love it! It is sort of like horseradish on steroids. This stuff is awesome on roast pork and roast beef. This gets 2 thumbs up!!! link to mustard powder
