Is Thriller the best album ever?

We'll say from 1950 onward, about the time the modern album format and concept became kind of standard. There are a lot of albums that don't have any bad songs - Nevermind, Songs from the Big Chair, Deltron 3030 - but is there any album with as many legendary songs as a percentage of content as Thriller? What do you think? What are some other albums in the running?
