Which 1TB M2 SSD would you recommend for under $150

I have a wd black sn850x 1tb that I paid $115 for but now prices are a lot higher, and I want to put an ssd in my 2nd pc that only has a barraCuda hdd that is starting to have some errors. It doesn't need to be the fastest as the pc has a B460 motherboard (PCIE 3.0) just be somewhat as reliable as the sn850x has been. If price difference isn't drastically higher, I'd prefer a pcie 4 over 3 as I'll probably replace this pc eventually. [TR] [td][/td] [/TR]
