Why reactionaries are taking over the world
I don’t know how to deal with the pay wall. I am a subscriber here, but the content of the article I found to be thoughtfully inspiring despite the fact that I have prior negative feelings about the author. He is basically making a case for knowing your enemy.
For many years now I have tried to suggest that Liberals are their own enemies because they do not understand where conservatives are coming from and can’t therefore mount popularly appealing counter arguments. Of course this is my opinion but this piece mirrors many of the things I believe Brooks has illuminated that concur with my views.
