"textContent": "My local Nutrishop has a few fitness challenges throughout the year. I'm not huge but I'm definitely not in shape at all. I entered the New Years challenge, it was biweekly weigh ins for 6 weeks. There were around 60 people when it started, and 25 when it finished. The goals were body fat lost and muscle added. They have some fancy $22k Inbody machine. I don't know how accurate it is, but I'm assuming for the price the results are at least close to real numbers. I got #1 in my age group (35+) and #3 overall. They had 2 age groups and each age group had 1 for males and 1 for females. I was 1 spot away from winning a 3 day cruise, I got a gift card, 80 bucks and Nutriguide DNA testing that's $299. I don't know anyone else who entered so I don't know how hard the others tried, but I'm assuming at least some were pushing themselves. So to finish 1st in my group and almost win overall felt good.
